Through years of therapy, including life-changing art therapy, and exploring holistic approaches like journaling, sound sessions, and baking, I’ve found ways to manage my PTSD and uncover the root causes of the patterns that held me back. I’m passionate about helping others navigate their own healing journeys, offering empathy, actionable tools, and a safe space to grow. I’ve supported people stepping out of cults, overcoming abuse, and rediscovering their worth, and I know firsthand that life on the other side of pain is brighter than we ever thought possible.
