I am a recovering people pleaser, with a passion for self-advocacy, mindfulness emotional intelligence & somatic (mind-body) awareness. Life has presented me with many opportunities to meet myself and others with a compassionate and grace filled approach, seeking understanding & harmony in spaces when vices such as alcohol, isolation and an over consumption of media and food could no longer numb the indicators my heart knew that I was safe to explore and heal with. I am here as a living example that we don't have to determine our worth simply by the kind things others say to us as a result of how we've shown up for them, but from a source within of a deep knowing and trusting of our worthiness and the light that desires to glow fiercely from all of us,which also connects us all beautifully.
