Born in Venezuela and raised in Miami, I spent years carrying the quiet ache of not belonging. As a highly sensitive teen, I felt everything deeply without the tools to hold it. Music, movement, and breath became places of safety, sparking a long and beautiful path of healing. I left everything I knew, traveled across the world, and learned the real journey was always inward. The pandemic widened that path, and through stillness, breathwork, mentorship, and play, I reconnected to my essence. I discovered that the sensitivity I once questioned was actually my greatest strength—the ability to feel deeply, listen fully, and meet others where they are. Today, I share what my own journey taught me, walking beside people the way I once needed someone to walk beside me. I blend science-based practices with intuition and wisdom to support others soften what feels heavy, ground what feels scattered, and rediscover the resilience and joy already within them.
