I'm a late diagnosed autistic and ADHD queer woman. I'm extremely sensitive and intuitive, and am a lover of animals, being in nature and baking. Some of my super powers in relationships are listening, curiosity and being empathetic. I have held many jobs in my life and have been a nanny, yoga instructor, entrepreneur, caregiver, event planner, customer service rep and admin assistant. Over the years I have navigated chronic health symptoms, mental health struggles, burnout at work, grief and unhealthy relationships. My journey (which is ongoing) involves learning more about my truest self and giving myself what I need. It's hard to unlearn the unhelpful narratives and I try to offer myself gentleness through the ebbs and flows. I hope to be able to hold gentle space for you in all that you are managing.
