I have lived experience in substance use disorders, mental health challenges, self-harm addiction, psychiatric hospitalization/incarceration trauma, the foster care system and adverse childhood experiences. My recovery journey has taken time, with battles I never thought I’d overcome, but also profound successes that give me hope. I'm so grateful and proud that I get to help people in meaningful ways through peer support, which is something that has been so immensely healing to my own wellness journey.
