Hi! I'm Sandy. I've lived a full life-with all the ups, downs, sharp turns, and potholes that come with it. As a CFO in Silicon Valley, a Marriage and Family Therapist, a caregiver for my dad during his final years, and a person in recovery, I understand adversity. I’m estranged from one son and have a tricky relationship with the other who's a practicing alcoholic. I understand the persistent pull of addiction, even after years of sobriety; what it’s like to care for a parent who both needs and resents you; and to live with the grief of fractured family relations. I try to live the Art of Acceptance and Positive Attitude especially in the face of adversity. I’ve proven life challenges are often temporary and with patience, a positive attitude, and a little effort, it is possible to reinvent and achieve success. My style is straightforward but compassionate -I believe facing things honestly is vital to healing. Let me be your co-pilot. Let me help you navigate your challenges.
