I’m a mom of three children, ages 27, 22, and 17, and I’ve faced my share of challenges with depression and anxiety throughout my life. As a fitness professional, I’ve discovered the power of movement for improving both physical and mental well-being, which inspired me to become a health coach. Parenting, especially raising a child with ADHD and behavioral challenges, brought additional pressures that often made me feel overwhelmed and "not good enough." These experiences led me to seek therapy for support, which has been invaluable in my healing journey. I also volunteer with a non-profit focused on preventing teen suicide, and my personal experiences have shaped my passion for helping others navigate similar struggles, whether it’s balancing fitness or raising children with special needs.
