I have lived through chapters that could have broken me. Abuse, religious trauma, addiction, poverty, chronic illness, and the relentless demands of raising three children alone, including one who is autistic and nonverbal, all tested my limits. In my early twenties I faced my addiction and chose to rebuild. I became a certified life coach and energy healing practitioner, turning my pain into a purpose. I have navigated medical trauma, financial collapse, and the deep loneliness that comes from starting over more than once. Each experience taught me how to hold space for others when the ground beneath them feels unstable. My coaching blends lived experience with practical, soul-level guidance, helping people find clarity in chaos, heal from trauma, and reconnect with themselves.
