Heya! I’m a girl living in NYC for the past 6 years, constantly learning how to adapt and grow through all the changes life throws my way. I've been through a lot in relationships—from navigating my parents’ divorce to the painful loss of a friend who struggled with addiction. Therapy helped me heal and understand my past, especially when it came to setting boundaries and recognizing unhealthy influences, including my relationship with certain family. I’ve also made big shifts in my own life, like cutting back on drinking to stay grounded and present. As one of three sisters, I know the ups and downs of sibling dynamics too.
