I struggled to cultivate a life I saw myself in. Suffocated by rules, expectations and schedules, I knew who I was deep down from a young age, but that person lived in my head, and I was convinced my whole life was a waiting game. Waiting to move out. Waiting to work a job I liked or making "enough" money. But through that I realized, sometimes you get everything you want and nothing changes. Because your struggles with anything all come from inside. I've learned to stop putting off deadlines on personal progress based on what the outside world looks like, and look internally to find my happiness in the self. No matter where you are you have YOU. So learning who that is, understanding that person, loving that person and cultivating it is the only way to escape the prison you're convinced the world has trapped you in. I'd like to explore ego death philosophy and how it will find you genuine joy- ANYWHERE you find yourself in life. You cant change the world, so change how you see it.
