I’ve experienced the heartbreak of losing my firstborn son, survived sexual abuse, healed from addiction, and live with complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. I’ve also done the long, quiet work of putting myself back together after some very difficult chapters. I’m a mom to a bright and beautiful three-year-old, a wife, and someone who has spent nearly two decades in therapy and inner healing. I have a B.S. in Psychology, but what I really bring is lived experience, deep empathy, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are, with no fixing and no judgment.
