Hi, I’m Adley. If life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming right now, you’re not alone. I’m here to listen and help you make sense of what you’re carrying, without judgment and without pressure to “fix” anything.
I support people navigating depression, ADHD, complex PTSD, grief and loss, chronic illness, addiction recovery, parenting stress, relationship strain, family dynamics, and those seasons where everything just feels like too much. Sometimes you just need a steady, grounded space to talk things through with someone who actually gets it.
I bring both lived experience and education to this work. I have a B.S. in Psychology and nearly two decades of therapy and inner healing behind me. I’m a mom, a wife, and someone who has rebuilt life after trauma, loss, addiction, and chronic pain. What matters most to me is helping you feel heard, understood, and less alone.
