Goal setting and tracking

I offer support for those facing or recovering from homelessness, because I’ve lived it myself — multiple times. I know what it’s like to lose everything and have to start over from nothing. Through those experiences, I learned strength, resilience, and how to rebuild a stable life with hope and purpose. My support comes without judgment, only compassion and understanding for what it truly takes to survive and rise again.
Navigating the hardships after having weight-loss surgery
Hollie M.
Life after surgery
I have had the gastric sleeve, a surgery where they remove most of my stomach. It was the best thing I could have even done for myself, however, in the beginning, I would have never told you that. It's hard to give up a relationship with food, trust me, I know. I would love to be able to help you through the ups and downs of life after surgery. This includes your new body - how you love it, how you hate it, and how you JUST miss pasta. I'm here, let's get through it.

Exploring / embracing neurodivergence

I found body doubling about 2 years ago when going through a depression and needed help to get things done. It was a warm, supportive space where I didn't have to do it alone. Here we show up together, set gentle goals, and move through tasks side-by-side. Perfect if you're overwhelmed, anxious, procrastinating, or just need grounding energy to get things done. So if you work better when someone is quietly holding space with you then this session gives you emotional support and gentle accountability while you complete tasks: big or small.
Setting goals, building habits and celebrating milestones
Vanessa W.
Milestone setting
+2
There was a time when I felt stuck—dreaming of change but not knowing how to move forward. I would set big goals, but without the right habits, I found myself slipping back into old patterns. My breakthrough came when I realized that progress wasn’t about perfection—it was about building small, consistent steps and honoring each milestone along the way. I learned how to set goals that aligned with my values, create daily habits that supported them, and celebrate progress without shame or comparison. Today, I live with intention and clarity because of the systems I built to sustain growth. I now help others do the same: creating realistic goals, building habits that last, and finding joy in every step of the journey.
Finding your creative spark after years of burnout
Tiffany T.
After years of pushing through exhaustion, it can feel like your creativity has vanished—like the part of you that once lit up with ideas has gone quiet. I know how discouraging it is to stare at a blank page, canvas, or project and feel nothing but emptiness. What I’ve learned is that creativity doesn’t disappear—it just gets buried under stress, fatigue, and self-doubt. With time, rest, and small steps, that spark can return. Sometimes it begins with the simplest things: noticing colors on a walk, journaling a few unfiltered thoughts, or giving yourself permission to create without pressure. Now, I hold space for others who are ready to gently reconnect with their creative side, even if it’s been years since they last felt inspired.
Rediscovering yourself after abuse

Understanding personal values and priorities
For much of my life I have suffered abuses of many kinds. Throughout childhood and marriage, I was a victim of domestic abuse. It was so bad that I didn't know who I was anymore. I'd lost myself. But, since pulling myself out of those abusive relationships, I have found a new me. I have worked very hard, and continue to do so, to find balance, find substance in connections with others, and enjoy life. I have complex PTSD, so I know how hard it is to manage daily situations without becoming dysregulated and overestimated. Throughout these last years, I have been able to shift my mindset around my self worth and started living as who I really am. It has made a huge difference in my life to reclaim my authentic self and set goals to enhance my & others lives. Maybe I can help you start to find who you really are too. Let's chat.

Establishing healthier habits
I help people gain clarity, make confident decisions, and turn their goals into actionable steps that stick. Over the years, I’ve learned how overwhelming it can feel when priorities, habits, and milestones aren’t aligned with what you truly want. Through my own experiences as an entrepreneur, traveler, and Certified Empowerment Coach (CTEDU), I’ve discovered practical strategies for setting meaningful goals, tracking progress, and establishing habits that support long-term success. I guide you in clarifying your purpose, breaking down big ambitions into manageable milestones, and creating routines that fuel both productivity and well-being. By working together, you’ll feel more focused, energized, and empowered to take consistent action toward the life you truly want—one that feels intentional, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are/want to be.
Your journey to self-love, worth, positive self-imagery, and goal setting and achievement
Daneeta S.
Establishing healthy boundaries
My passions for positive self-imagery and a healthy self-love were birthed out of my own struggles with low self-esteem, a lack of self-worth and poor self-imagery. It took years for me to find my identity and purpose, and has made me empathetic to those who experience the same. I believe I am meant to help others through such struggles, as well as other things related to those struggles, including personal goals, relational boundaries, and goal setting (including feeling capable and worthy of achieving those goals). Along with a passion for helping others, I also have a knack for efficiency and a commitment to excellence. For that reason, I obtained my life coaching certification in 2014, with concentrations in life, relationships, wellness and bereavement. With my combination of experience, passion and training, I am here to support you the best way I can.

Finding a fulfilling career and the confidence to make the switch
Shelby M.
Switching industries or career paths
As someone who's made multiple big career shifts, I know firsthand how scary it is. I've gone from the military, to massage therapy, to "Big Tech", now entrepreneurship, and tons of odd jobs in between. Through my journey, I've read countless books, gotten therapy and coaching, and taken the scary actions so that I can now help you with your career journey. I personally believe that the way we spend the majority of our waking life matters. If you're disinterested, bored, morally conflicted, burnt-out, under-paid, or under-utilized; you can reinvent your career and your life.
