Hi! I live in Tampa, FL with my fiancé and mini goldendoodle, Maisie. Before I became a mental health therapist, and healed the relationship with myself, I found myself in an emotionally abusive relationship for over 5.5 years. After finally getting out I dealt with complex PTSD, depression, anxiety and SI. Now on the other side, I want to give back and help others as much as I can.
