My name is Kathleen, and I am the CEO of Cara Collective, an organization that helps people with tough barriers to employment find jobs. I am a child of immigrants, and while I am originally from New York, I am now proud to call Chicago home. I’m deeply passionate about helping all people achieve their potential, which has driven my work for the last 30 years.
