I live with invisible disabilities that have reshaped my life in profound ways—seizures, Hereditary Angioedema (type 2 HAEA), and Amelogenesis Imperfecta. At 23, medical complications led to a hospitalization where I was placed on life support. I’ve faced divorce twice, the challenges of agoraphobia, and the ongoing responsibility of caring for my brother after multiple strokes and a heart attack. These experiences could have left me isolated, but instead they became the foundation for my purpose. I began certification classes not only to learn how to cope but to help others navigating similar struggles. Because I know firsthand: life is not always fair, and trials can feel impossible without support. What I’ve learned is simple yet profound—sometimes the greatest gift we can give is to listen, to acknowledge, and to remind one another that we are not alone. My mission is to create spaces of compassion, safety, and trust so we call feel seen and heard.
