I am determined, loyal, and authentic, and I use my experiences to help others find their path to healing. After 25 years of addiction, marked by trauma, rejection, and loss, I reached a turning point when my mother passed away, and I found myself estranged from my children. I entered a faith-based treatment program, stayed for a year, and have been sober for over seven years. Today, I work as a Peer Recovery Specialist, counseling individuals daily and helping them find resources, encouragement, and support. I also staff a hotline assisting women separated from their children, a role I’ve been devoted to for over three years. Walking alongside others in their truth has become my calling, and I’m here to guide and uplift anyone who needs a partner in their journey.
