I'm a recently divorced father of two young boys who are my world. I've worn many hats throughout my life- I have a BFA in musical theater and moved to New York City after college where I became heavily involved in nightlife, hospitality, and event production. I've helped design and build out coffee shops and nightclubs, I was a real estate agent for over a decade...I even worked as a chimney sweep for a short time. In 2015, I left NYC and moved up to the Hudson Valley, where I spent the next 10 years trying to fix up and maintain a 150-year-old Victorian house. During this time I also opened a small clothing & gift shop and ran it for four years, founded a small non-profit that produces low or no cost music shows for the community, served on the local zoning board, and got involved in local politics, focusing my experience and passion on trying to address the housing crisis in my community...and on.
