My journey has been anything but ordinary. I’ve dealt with some tough realities and major instability in my life, and learned to manage the weight of depression. I've been the 'weird' one, the 'different' one, and the 'black sheep'. But through it all, I've discovered the power of creativity, the joy of making music, and the simple pleasure of a homemade pizza. A traumatic setback threw my life off track, but it ended up becoming an unexpected blessing because it led me back to school to study my passion for music. I've learned the importance of setting boundaries and the incredible strength that comes from reframing your thoughts. I truly believe that one of the most powerful antidepressants is the act of helping others, and I'm here to share my experiences and listen to yours.
