I grew up navigating a lot of change and complexity, and those early experiences shaped my ability to adapt, rebuild, and create stability where it didn’t exist. As an adult, I’ve faced multiple diagnoses — from anxiety and ADHD to autoimmune and chronic health challenges — and had to learn how to manage both my well-being and the demands of running my own business for the past decade. Through trial, pivots, and persistence, I’ve built an interior design and coaching practice that weaves well-being into every aspect, helping people create environments that support their lives and capacity. What I’ve learned is that thriving often comes down to understanding yourself, honoring your limits, and finding systems that truly work for you. My goal is to share the tools, perspective, and lived wisdom I’ve gained with others who are navigating their own transitions, so they feel less alone in the process of rebuilding and realigning their lives.
