Life has a way of being exciting and really hard at the same time - at least for me it does. From big changes around work, relationship struggles, the loss of someone close, even losing a fur baby who feels like family—it can all leave you feeling tired of the grind, unsure of yourself, or just plain stuck. When I have been through seasons like that, I creatively chose myself: self care & personal compassion. While that road has looked different, the end result always seems to put me in a better place.
