Hi! My name is Lillie, thanks for checking out my bio! I am 40 and divorced with two kids. My early life was filled with trauma from many different sources, sexual abuse and religious trauma being the main sources. In 2019 I suffered an intense traumatic brain injury after a car accident and have been worked hard to recover. Then, in 2021 I had a hysterectomy; I had spent a long time slowly dying and the surgery was life saving. Through my life I have struggled with addiction, anxiety, depression and more. I have spent the last nine years focusing on healing my mind, body and soul. Through a tremendous amount of self reflection, listening to guidance, and learning to love myself, I have found a place of peace. I have also found ways to create pure joy in my life. This year I have embarked on the journey of becoming a Life and Death Doula. My deepest hope is to help others on their journeys of recovery and growth. It would be my honor to walk with you on your path!
