I grew up in a family of 4. I was the stepchild and often neglected both emotionally and physically because my stepmom was narcissistic. I left my house at 17 and learned early on the value of hard work to pay my bills. As a result, I grew up very fast and didn't feel a lot of peace because of the adult pressures of life. I later became a single mom which was both the most amazing experience I have experienced to date but also the hardest. Although this experience added more pressure and stress, it also birthed a desire to be better. I spent the next 17 years on a journey of self-development. Learning about myself and my values. I also entered therapy to help with old wounds that were limiting me to be my best self. Throughout that time, i went back to school and got my degree in psychology and use what i have learned to help mentor, guide and support others that have had a similar path.
