Having diabetes has changed the way I look at health and life, it’s taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of truly listening to my body. Instead of seeing it as just an obstacle, I’ve chosen to turn my experience into something meaningful by becoming a health coach. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to manage blood sugar, balance food choices, and stay positive through it all.
