My name is Chelle, aka Shell and I am your cheerleader! I am on your team, here to give you support in good and bad times. I will listen to you without judgment. I'm 51 years old now, got divorced at age 47 and obtained my masters degree at age 49. I'm currently studying for my teaching certification, as I'm working on changing career paths from sales most my life to become a teacher and school counselor. In 2008, I lost six family members within six months, including my adoptive parents who raised me. My dog died one month before my divorce in 2021. I also survived an apartment building fire in 2023. I have been a reunited adoptee since age 24. I know my entire biological family and formed close relationships over time but we also went through many ups and downs. I have facilitated Grief Recovery for many years. I have also performed standup comedy, which has been a wonderful outlet for me. I can share ways I've coped wth challenges, especially losses and always come back stronger.
