A cosmic adventurer learning to live well in every dimension of being - personally, socially, ecologically, and cosmologically. Always gleaning lessons from new experiences, I've learned firsthand about the challenges of navigating: romantic relationships (owning my needs/communication/working through betrayal), family dynamics (addiction/co-dependency/parentification), sense of place (connecting to the living world around me), existential anxiety (meaning/purpose/despair). I've dined on the buffet of treatment protocols for Complex PTSD (CBT/talk therapy/DBT/somatic therapy/Internal Family Systems) and have developed my compass drawing from these, as well as shamanic and Jungian insights. There's a lot to my story, and chances are, if you're a person struggling with living in the modern world, we probably have a lot in common.
