Almost ten years ago, I went through a very traumatic period within my relationship that turned my world on its axis, leaving me wondering about my life path, my purpose, and what it all means. Why was I created, and what was I meant to be doing with this life? I searched and studied extensively and adopted a daily meditation practice, and found my way into my true calling. Mindfulness and spiritual practices have helped me deal with navigating divorce, huge life changes, anxiety, panic attacks, and cyclical depressive episodes. I have a clear path and have worked with many other people to help guide them on their spiritual journey, as well. I love this work with all my heart, and know without a doubt this is what I was born to do. I work remotely, within the Quantum Field, to help people with emotional and/or spiritual trauma. I can offer counsel while you are navigating tough situations. I can answer your questions or lend an ear if you just need to vent.
