Hi! I’m a mom of three children with ADHD & ASD. I'm also in the process of a divorce, after realizing I had abandoned myself in my marriage. This chapter has been about reclaiming my voice, healing from trauma/abuse, and rebuilding a life rooted in self-worth. I’ve done a lot of inner work, especially around co-dependency and self-trust. I know how challenging it can be to show up for others while also taking care of yourself, and I’d love to hold space for anyone navigating a similar path.
