Hi, I’m Sarah! Since May 2024, I’ve been offering anonymous emotional support for people who need a safe space to share what’s on their mind. I know from experience how complicated relationships can be, whether it’s with family, friends, partners, or even ourselves. I’ve navigated my own ups and downs, leaned on therapy, and found healing in community, so I understand how valuable it is just to have someone listen without judgment. I have been through so many challenging life circumstances in my 38 years. Childhood SA, Chronic illness, Transplant surgery, Toxic relationships, Caregiving, Loss of parents, Loss of a pet, Moving across the country and starting over, Codependence, and just a general feeling of being behind in life. My goal is to help you sort through the messy moments, gain perspective, and feel less alone while you figure things out at your own pace.
